Your information

We collect your name, phone number, community, phase, street, villa, requested service or offer, preferred date, notes and optional marketing consent. Firebase sign-in supplies an account identifier. We use this information to register your request, contact you and arrange the service. Mobile numbers are verified by SMS using Google Firebase. Phone numbers are sent to and stored by Google to improve spam and abuse prevention across Google services. We request consent before sending a verification SMS.

Request records are stored privately on our company hosting account. This initial release limits request access to the site owner. We do not sell your details. If an external provider needs your address or contact details to deliver the service, we will explain that arrangement before sharing. Marketing consent is optional and separate from requesting a service.

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw marketing consent. We retain information only while required to handle requests and meet applicable obligations, and review it when it is no longer needed.

Requests, prices & free offers

Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or create a paid booking. We will agree the scope, price and timing with you before work. Starting prices depend on the agreed scope. No payment is collected on this website.

Monthly garden maintenance includes 2 visits per week: AED 150 per month for a middle unit and AED 200 per month for an end unit. Both welcome gifts are FREE with a confirmed monthly maintenance subscription: 25 flowers with planting (reference value AED 50) and an agricultural engineer visit with a garden report (reference value AED 99), total AED 149. Minimum subscription: 1 month. Monthly payment is required in advance before service begins. Registration alone does not qualify. Gift appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. The stated value is the reference service value; it is not a charge or cash entitlement. Flower varieties and planting arrangements will be agreed before the visit.

Administration sign-in uses the verified company Google account through Firebase. Resident sign-in uses phone verification. New-request notifications containing a reference and service name are sent to the operator using Resend; customer contact and address details stay in the private dashboard.
