How often will you visit for monthly maintenance?
The monthly package includes 2 visits per week. It costs AED 150 per month for a middle unit or AED 200 per month for an end unit.
What is the minimum subscription and when do I pay?
The minimum subscription is one month. Monthly payment is required in advance before service begins. Our team will confirm your request and arrange payment with you. No payment is collected on this website.
What free gifts are included?
Receive both gifts with a confirmed monthly maintenance subscription of at least one month, paid in advance: 25 flowers with planting (value AED 50), plus an agricultural engineer visit and garden report (value AED 99). Total gift value: AED 149. Registration alone does not qualify. Flower varieties and appointment times are agreed with our team.
Can I book a one-time service?
Yes. Choose garden cleaning, one-time maintenance, a garden consultation or another service from the service list. The free subscription gifts apply to monthly garden maintenance.
How do I request a service?
Select a service, choose your community and enter your villa details and preferred date. Verify your UAE mobile number to submit. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, scope and timing. You can also ask us on WhatsApp.
